Delivery details.

Flowers delivery: to make the order for our site, it is enough to choose the pleasant bouquet and to fill not the difficult form of the order. Flowers delivery is carried out to the day, if the order is made till 13.00 Central Russia time.

If All of you hadn’t time to make the order till 13.00 – simply call our manager and we will try to help you.

Please, don’t forget number of your order or specify a city, the address and delivery date.

Flowers delivery can be not made:

Incorrect data on the address and delivery terms (the incorrect address is given, incorrect time of delivery, untimely payment of the order is specified) are specified.

The service bears responsibility for work of the network of delivery. You can specify desirable time of delivery. We will use the best efforts for making deliveries at the appointed time, but we do not guarantee it. Important! We undertake to carry out delivery in the date named in the order. In a case not delivery performance in the specified day the customer has the right to refuse the order and to receive return of an overall cost of the order.

From the written or oral consent or the customer, or the addressee order delivery can be transferred on following, or any other day.

We always contact the addressee before making delivery (by phone) if it isn’t present, we inform, to the customer about impossibility to execute the order at the appointed time. The exception is made by the request of the customer to deliver flowers without the prevention, but in this case we ask phone of the contact person or the customer guarantees correctness of the address and presence of the addressee during stipulated time. In a case if at the moment of flowers delivery of the addressee there is no house, and the arrangement on delivery with it was or the customer asked to deliver without the prevention, we reserve the right to itself at own choice:

a. To leave flowers to neighbors.

b. To leave on a door of the addressee a note with the request to make a call to flower shop and to coordinate delivery time. In this case we don’t accept the claim on terms and quality of the order.

Flowers delivery on holidays and holiday days: Please, beforehand order flowers delivery by large holidays. We can’t guarantee delivery to the day or next day the day before and during following holidays: Christmas, New year, Orthodox Christmas, the Valentine’s day, Day of the Defender of Fatherland, the International Women’s day, Easter.

In case of urgent the order in the absence of necessary assortment of colors, flowers in ordered bouquet can be replaced at the discretion of the floral artist with the equivalent.

Any penal sanctions and mental cruelty indemnification by our delivery terms it is not provided.

Having made the order for our site the customer thereby confirms the consent with all points of our rules of delivery.


Payment details.

You can pay for the ordered product/service with a bank card online immediately after creating the order — you will see the corresponding button on the order completion page.

To pay with a bank card, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the processing company Intellect Money. The payment page meets the latest international security requirements of Visa, MasterCard, MIR payment systems. When paying with a bank card, enter its number, expiration date, CVV code indicated on the back, as well as the first and last name of the owner and contact details of the cardholder.
Make sure that you have entered the correct data, and then click on the ” Pay ” button.
If your bank card supports 3D Secure technology, you will automatically go to your bank’s website, where you will be asked to enter a secret activation code, which will be sent by SMS to the phone (specified when issuing your card).
If the card details are entered correctly and there is enough money on the account, you will see a confirmation of payment for the order. After that, you will be asked to return to the store’s page.

Refund procedure.
For a full or partial refund of funds to the card, you need to contact the store. The money will be automatically returned to your card within 2-3 days. The exact refund period depends on the prescription of the order placement and on the bank that issued the card (the maximum refund period cannot exceed 30 days).

The processing of the received confidential data of the Cardholder is carried out in the processing center of Intellect Money, certified according to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), therefore, the Buyer’s card data is not available for the online store.
The security of online payments is ensured using modern security technologies developed by the international payment systems VISA, Mastercard, MIR: Visa Secure, Mastercard SecureCode, MirAccept and closed banking networks guarantees security for transactions with bank cards.
